2 pcs zucchini
2 Eggs
3 garlic 
50g parsley
80g to 100g flour

Zucchini fritters preparation

Cut the zucchini with a medium-sized cheese grater.

Chopped the parsley and garlic.

In a bowl combine the zucchini, the chopped garlic & Parsley, eggs, salt and pepper.

Mix well then, add the flour. Depending of the size of the zucchini add 80g to 100g of flour.

The texture should be pasty (not liquide)

Cooking Zucchini fritters

Preheat a non-stick pan, add 1 spoon of olive oil.

Arrange the circles in stainless steel and pour zucchini dough when the oil is hot.

Bake for 2 minutes over a medium heat, then remove the rings and turn the zucchini fritters and bake them for about 3 more minutes.
